What are the payment requirements?
We ask for a £100 deposit on booking
and the remainder of the money to be paid 7 weeks before arrival. This can be done in instalments or one final payment at
the end, whichever is most convenient for you.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately
we do not take pets of any kind.
Is the caravan a no smoking van?
Yes. Please
be respectful of this, we do not accept any smoking in our caravans. Anyone who has been smoking in either caravan will be
sent a bill for fumigation - The cost of this is around £60.
When do we arrive and
leave?
You are welcome to arrive any time after 2PM on the day of arrival. Caravans MUST BE LEFT by 10AM
on day of departure in order for the caravan to be cleaned for the next visitors.
Do you provide
Funworks passes and what are they for?
Funworks passes are included in all of our prices listed, unless otherwise
stated. They are required to be checked by security each time you enter the 'clubhouse', swimming pool and bar areas.
If you do not require the passes, we can organise a discount.
Where do I pick up the keys?
We will meet you at the caravan. This will be confirmed when you pay the final balance. You will need
your final payment receipt for this which you will receive once all of your holiday balance has been received.
Do you provide linen?
Yes we provide bedding for the caravans. We do not supply towels, teatowels,
cloths. Caravans are cleaned to a very high standard before you arrival.
Can you
recommend bringing anything?
To keep our costs as low as possible, we do not provide welcome
packs. Bringing a pint of milk and teabags will set you up ready for unpacking before hitting the local supermarket!!!
What facilities are on the park?
We suggest looking at the HAVEN site - blue dolphin.
There are many activities and facilities to use on site, however you must have FUNWORKS PASSES to access the majority of these.
Passes are provided in the price unless you have requested otherwise. Facilities include swimming pool, 2 showbars, restaurant,
food plazas, soft and outdoor play areas, mini go-karting, mini golf, bars, small shop and more!
What is the outlook of the caravan?
We are lucky to have one of the only seaviews on site. Our
caravan is on an end pitch so is not enclosed on each side. There is very few cars which pass this area and there is a large
field out the front where children can safely play within view. Our decking means you can enjoy the views. This part of the
site is very peaceful. There is ample carparking space. The main clubhouse is approx 4 minutes walking time.
